Our coatings can prevent galling and valve siezures especially in stainless steel and other CRA valves. Control valves must withstand repeated openings and closings with minimal wear and abrasion at seal surfaces. And Flexbrite’s patented Thickfilm® process can achieve just that. By applying an appropriate coating to the control valve surface or to a stem that controls the slab or ball seals, galling, friction and abrasion are virtually eliminated.

Our coatings also improve the overall performance of the control valve systems simply due to the reduction in friction as this reduces the power (e.g., horsepower) needed to control the valve. This will save you money while improving your return on investment (ROI).
